Dr. Kent Voyce’s journey is truly admirable, blending his commitment to education, specialized training, and dedication to his patients. He was born and raised just right outside of Chicago, Illinois. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree at Emory University in Atlanta, GA in 1985. He then returned to Chicago, IL to complete his doctorate graduate degree at Illinois College of Optometry. After the completion of his degree, he became one of approximately 10% of all optometrists to complete an additional residency.

He then returned to Chicago, IL to complete his doctorate graduate degree at Illinois College of Optometry. After the completion of his degree, he became one of approximately 10% of all optometrists to complete an additional residency. This year was completed at Westside VA Medical Clinic in Chicago. Dr. Voyce then moved to Miami, Florida where he practiced in a multi-specialty clinic and was an assistant professor of optometry at Nova Southeastern School of Optometry. After moving to Georgia, he started his own practice, with initially two locations in both Fayetteville and Newnan. He later decided to focus solely on the Newnan location. Since 1996 Dr. Voyce and his dedicated staff have been serving Newnan and its surrounding counties. Dr. Voyce and his family reside in Newnan.
Dr. Voyce’s education, hospital-based residency, and experience allow him to expertly diagnose, treat, and manage all eye disease and conditions. Dr. Voyce has extensive experience in dry eye management and treatment. He has a state license in Georgia and is a member of the American Optometric Association and Georgia Optometric Association. He enjoys bike rides, hiking, and spending time with his wife and son. He is someone who values a well-rounded life while dedicating himself to improving the vision and well-being of his community. He is thankful to his parents for instilling a caring attitude towards others as well as a strong work ethic. He’s truly made a positive impact in his field and the lives of those he serves.
